A GOAL in the last minute by Nathaniel Knight-Percival denied Torquay victory in their opening match of the BSP season.
Tim Sills and Wayne Carlisle had gone close before Sills scored from the spot after a foul on Danny Stevens.
Knight-percival headed in from close range in the 89th minute.

The answer's Lee Hodges, now what's the question...?
Well, everyone was asking yesterday, who goes in goal if Michael Poke gets injured during a game and Martin Rice isn't on the bench because he's playing for Truro?
Lee Hodges, that's who.
The ex-Argyle man has done it before, including a stint between the sticks during a game for Plymouth last season.
It's all in Thursday's Herald Express and at www.thisissouthdevon.co.uk

Martin Rice looks likely to go out on loan to Truro.
The move would give Martin regular football in the Southern League, and the Gulls would retain a 24-hour recall clause in case anything untoward happens to Michael Poke.
Meanwhile Brett Johnson won't be joining us. He's off to Brentford instead.
All the news, including a blow for one of our BSP rivals, in Wednesday's Herald Express and at www.thisissouthdevon.co.uk

Shaun North has been away, taking a look at Histon and Woking on pre-season scouting missions.
We can expect a tough old encounter at histon on Saturday. They're a John Beck team and took no prisoners when we beat them 5-4 up there last year. Each side had a player sent off, there were three penalties and Chris Todd got a stoppage-time winner, if you remember.
But Shaun is keen to stress Histon are by no means a dirty side, just hard-working and competitive. It's not going to be a stroll on Saturday, that's for sure.
After a technical hitch over the past couple of days, the Herald Express season ticket competition is still on. Get a copy of Tuesday's paper for your chance to win. And don't forget to vote in our 'striker' poll over on the right hand side of this page.

NEW POLL
THERE'S a new poll on the site today.
You are the boss, so who do you play up front alongside Tim Sills at Histon next Saturday? Would you pick Benyon, Dsane or Green?
Cast your vote over on the right hand side.
Oh, and just in case you have never seen it, we have a link to the YouTube video of Hilly scoring the cheekiest goal in the whole history of football, ever.

THE arrival of triallist centre-back Brett Johnson has thrown all sorts of defensive permutations up into the air today.
Does this mean one of the current roster is on his way, and that's why Johnson appeared out of the blue at Truro on Friday night? Chris Robertson is certainly on the transfer list, and he didn't make the trip to Cornwall for the Truro game, so is it Robertson who's off, or is there one more twist in the pre-season before we head off to Histon next weekend?
On that subject, there's some good travel advice from Cav on the official Gulls site, including the name of the fans' pub of choice. You can rely on Cav!
The youth team hammered Barnstaple under-18s 7-0 at the weekend. Well done lads.
Three of the goals came from young Ashley Yeoman, who was also on target on his first team debut in the friendly against Eastleigh. Very promising.
The other goals came from Beattie, Moody, Brandi and Maloney.
