It's quiet at Plainmoor today, but there is news that the Sportsmen's and Ladies' Dinner on July 17 will be held at the club, such has been the speed of the renovations. Steve Kindon, who turned out for Wolves, Burnley and Huddersfield in the 70s and 80s, will be the main speaker, and the new away kit for 2008/2009 will be unveiled.
